Which mayment method can I use?

How can I cancel my order?
When your order hasn’t been shipped yet then you have the option to cancel it. You can contact customer-service@999get.com team and we will assist you in the cancellation process. If your order is already shipped and you want to cancel it, you have to go through the return form process. Once you received your order, contact us and we will provide you with the return form and details to return the items. Once our returns department receives your items, we will proceed with canceling your order and give you a full refund excluding shipping costs. Contact us if you require further assistance.
I have not yet received an order confirmation?
Please do check your SPAM folder for our order confirmation email. Also double check if you have entered your email address correctly. You can also send us an e-mail and we will check if we received your order.
Is it possible to pay after having received my order?
Yes, 999get.com offers the option of buying first and paying later. You can choose Klarna pay later during the checkout when your located inside the EU and after you have received your order. Proceed to pay Klarna within 30 days after you have received your order.
Can I get a discount on my order?
When you own a restaurant, hotel or are a wholesaler we offer discounted rates for our cutlery sets. You will receive a business discount when buying large quantities.
