How long will it take for me to receive my order?

To purchase a cutlery set, customers may place a pre-order through our website. Our cutlery sets are meticulously handmade to order, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that the product will be crafted specifically for you, and delivery times may be longer than for in-stock items. Estimated delivery times for pre-ordered cutlery sets will be clearly communicated during the ordering process on our website.

For orders of €250 and above shipping is free in the EU. For orders below €250, you pay shipping costs of €12 in the EU up to 22 KG. When your located outside the EU we charge €26 up to 22 KG.

Within the Netherlands we deliver with PostNL to your address. Additionally we offer DHL and Fedex delivery which is charged extra and delivered throughout the EU or Worldwide.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code.
